With time zones and all specifying time is tricky, but about 5 -7 hours from time stamp of my reply would be the best time to come. My proposed time would put it at 0:00 - 2:00 am for GMT +2 . Your proposed time would it at 14:00 - 16:00 for GMT +2. In my experience it's busier during my suggested time. Thinking in GMT is confusing at least I'm never quite sure without needing to look it up. When it says somewhere central mountain time, I can't see the right time right away.
