    Map Description:
    ----------------
        1944: Axis forces have already started their large scale research programs
    in order to develop nuclear weapons. Their heavy water reactor, located on the
    norwegian coast needs huge amounts of energy to be set up. The generator producing
    this energy has been set in the underground basement of a military base which bords
    a canyon known as 'Carnage Canyon'. Allies are sent over in oder to disable the power
    generator. The radio equipement of the axis base is also a primary objective since
    an alert signal would allow HG to send the air forces and bomb the whole area...

    axis  "After an less than successful attack on an Allies stronghold we sustained heavy damage on our prizes capital airship the Himmelfaust, currently docked at one of our sky docks for repairs it's important that we defend the ship against rumored Allied sabotage plans."

    ***WOLKEN BACKGROUND***
    These maps are set in the vast land of Wolken, the soldiers
    were dumped in this mysterious land after an incident during
    an Allied investigation into the production of experimental
    technologies by Axis forces. Firstly equipment and weapons
    vanished into thin air, then vehicles started to disappear
    and finally the soldiers themselves vanished, all of which
    were deposited in what was named Wolken by the German soldiers,
    this name was also adopted by the Allies.
    Wolken is made up of various islands and each island may have
    a different climate of it's neighboring islands, making Wolken
    a strange place to live and fight in. However these islands
    aren't floating around in some grand sea, oh no, they are
    floating in what seems to be clouds but it was soon found out
    that these clouds are dangerous as there is immense pressure
    contained beneath the surface that can crush a man as one
    unlucky pilot found out. Amungst the many mysteries of Wolken
    is what happened to the people that once lived in this land
    who built the vast structures and towns that occupy the islands.
    ***MAP INFO***
     Allied forces have finally discovered the whereabouts
    of the Axis air base where they have been launching
    their attacks onto the over stretched Allies. It is
    important that the Allied forces must knock out this
    facility if they are to have any real chance of winning
    the Battle of Wolken. The only real problem is that
    the majority of the air base is located inside a
    mountain which doesn,t seem easily impregnable.

    ***OBJECTIVES***
    Allies:
    1) Capture the temple from the Axis.
    2) Construct the footbridge.
    3) Dynamite the South entrance.
    4) Dynamite the North entrance.
    5) Dynamite the fuel tank at the bottom of the base.
    6) Dynamite the radio equipment at the top of the base.
    Axis:
    1) Defend the temple from the Allies.
    2) Prevent the Allies from constructing the footbridge.
    3) Defend the South entrance from the Allies.
    4) Defend the North entrance from the Allies.
    5) Defend the fuel tank from the Allies.
    6) Defend the radio equipment from the Allies.

    Beta version, anything that needs changing just address the changes to
    the email above and ill get it done before next version.

    Installation    Put the pk3 file into the etmain folder.
    The Story    Spring 1943, the Austrian Alps: Allied Intelligence has reported that the enemy are developing a
            powerful new tank in a secure research facility. It is vital that one of the prototype Jagdpanther
            models be photographed for assessment.
            Some Allied 'Horsa' gliders are in enemy hands and are crated in a nearby Axis outpost: capture the
            outpost and use the gliders to assist in the operation.
    Description    The Allies are dropped in by parachute and must assault the Outpost in order to gain access to
            the gliders crated there.  They must then fly at least one glider from the Outpost to a hilltop
            overlooking the research facility.  From there they will be able to destroy the generator, which
            opens the sealed door of the tank storage building.
            They must steal the tank and transport it to the Outpost, where a Photo Reconnaissance Spitfire
            will be able to take photographs of it.
    Operation of Glider
            It is vital for the Allies to fly at least one glider to the hilltop overlooking the compound -
            the Generator cannot otherwise be destroyed (the Axis door to the Generator room is secure against
            Allied Covert Ops).  Multiple soldiers can be transported in each glider.
            Gliders require steam power for launching, which is only available if the Hopper Pump is
            operational, so this must be repaired first.
            To fly a glider, any type of Allied soldier must go into the cockpit. Thereafter the glider will
            fly to the hilltop unless shot down.  A glider can only be shot down using explosive weapons.
            A glider crash can be survivable by occupants depending on the angle of the crash and what the
            glider collides with.  Baling out is often a safer option.
    Operation of Nebelwerfer (multiple rocket launcher)
            The Nebelwerfer can be loaded from the cart adjacent to it. A maximum of 6 rockets can be loaded,
            but it can be fired with less.
            The rockets are not 100% accurate, so the more rockets fired at one time, the greater the chance
            of a hit.  3 rocket/panzer hits will down a glider.
            The cart can be resupplied by an Axis Field Ops. When resupply is possible (the cart has less
            than 6 rockets in it) a red triangle illuminates showing where the Field Ops must stand to
            resupply the cart. The Field Ops can resupply one rocket every 3 seconds.
            Resupplying the cart is possible when the Nebelwerfer is firing, but otherwise only one action
            can be performed at a time.        
    Spitfire    The Spitfire will fly overhead when the tank passes the Guardpost, and then await its arrival
            at the Outpost.
    ME109s    An Axis Field Op can call in ME109 airstrikes on the tank. To do this he must approach the radio
            in the Outpost soon after the tank has passed the Guardpost, and before the tank reaches the
            Outpost. The ME109s will drop HE bombs, deadly to the tank and any escorting infantry.

    Allies must repair the Door Controls to be able to open the Depot Doors.
    They must destroy the service door after capturing the Depot Flag Spawn.
    They must destroy the Storage Door or the Main Facility Door to gain access to the Radar Control Room.
    Build a Command Post to secure a forward spawn.
    Capture the Radar Parts and return them to the truck waiting at the Depot.

    The night version has reached its final  version.
    A few new areas have been opened up, most significantly the new entrance to the lab and a new "upper" area has been opened by the axis backdoor.
    The barb swing gate has been changed into a "neutral barricade" - when axis construct it, it will be a barbwire. When the allies construct it, it will be wooden wall, blocking the way down the road to the lab, providing valuble cover.
    The truck has been moved to the left of the tunnel exit giving the axis a better chance to intercept the allies when they steal the objectives.
    Apart from that, a few new objects have been placed and some new aesthetical elements aswell.

    This map has been updated and modified in order to provide some new gameplay dynamics.
    First and foremost, the tank has been made indestructible in order to prevent the sometimes impossible task of escorting it to the town gates. The tents near the tunnel exit have been replaced by ruins.
    An alternative route has been made that allows the allies to go around the main route. And of course, most obviously, the setting has been made into a night map.
    Apart from that, everything is still the same.
    Thanks to DC9 CAN for allowing me to modify his modification of the map, and to Fix for creating this wonderful map in the first place.

    This map has been updated to repair (clip) seam leaks in the four pillars near the tank ramp, clip the overhead section on the town side of the front gate, added wm_set_round_timelimit in script, and re-named et_mor files to et_mor2 for co-existence. A new Allied objective "destroy the back door", additional building structures, texture repairs, and affects have been added to improve gameplay. The tank speed has been adjusted to move the Allied team to the front gates quicker.
    Thanks to "Fix" for allowing me to make these modifications and providing the alpha maps (.pcx files) so that this modification could have the same terrain as the original.

    Description             : Allied intelligence has learned of the existence of Operation Hitlers Beard, a top secret project that the Axis top minds have been working on.  If the Allied command could get there hands on the information contained within these files it would help them plan for a swifter and more decisive victory in the entire North Africa campaign.  The Allies have put together a small strike force to attempt to break through the Axis defenses and steal the documents they are guarding.  Needless to say, the Axis soldiers can not allow this to happen, and must defend the town at all costs.

A shipment of gold is being stored in a heavily reinforced church, awaiting transport to Germany.**The Allied strike team, must disable power to the church, breach the front doors, and escape with the gold within 12 minutes.  Any longer and axis reinforcements will seal off the city, making escape impossible."
