ETS-Lindgren's Model 8100-041 RF Power Amplifier is a 25W power amplifier, designed primarily for EMC and general RF applications that require at least 25W from 700 MHz to 6 GHz. Utilizing GaAs technology, this RF amplifier provides higher linearity, rugged design and better efficiency performance versus silicon-based amplifiers.
The 8100-041 provides very low distortion and tolerance for 100% mismatch.
